Welcome to **AgentMart**. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, APIs, payment integration via Paystack, and secure file delivery services. By accessing or using AgentMart, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. User Accounts & Registration
To list items for sale, purchase listings, or access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
2. Marketplace Listings & Content
As a seller, you may list system prompts, agent skill markdown files (`.skill.md`), AI configuration files (`.cursorrules`, workflows), and related developer guides (including PDF manuals).
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and rights to sell the content you list. Listings must not contain malicious code, viruses, spyware, or intellectual property belonging to third parties without authorization. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.
3. Payments, Paystack, and Payouts
Payments on AgentMart are processed securely through our integration partners, including Paystack, supporting credit/debit cards and localized mobile money options (such as M-Pesa).
Sellers receive payouts representing their sales minus the standard platform commission (currently a flat 20%). Payouts are made on a weekly schedule directly to the seller's registered bank account or mobile wallet. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated or required by applicable consumer law.
4. Security & Secure Delivery
Purchased digital assets are delivered securely. Free items or specific bot-facilitated courses generate direct download hooks or point to our authorized Telegram bot (`@very_special_link_bot`). Paid resources are stored in secure buckets, and the platform generates temporary, signed download tokens valid for authorized buyers only.
Any attempt to bypass checkout verification, forge download signatures, scrape listing metadata, or exploit platform vulnerabilities will result in an immediate account ban and potential legal action.
